The Irbosol Group, a well established Real Estate and Development company in the Algarve’s “golden triangle” has come up with a solid new marketing concept aimed at the property investors who want all the essentials backup services as well as the fruits.

The formula, like most successful ideas, is simple in its ingenuity. The group, formed six years ago, has created various subsidiary companies, each specialising in aspects of expertise related to the real estate business. Irbosol can therefore offer a broad spectrum of real estate services under one umbrella: property management and construction, building materials and equipment, property management and estate acquisition and sales as well as financial and health insurance advisory services. The Irbosol group is the brainchild of its Managing Director Fernando Botelho se Sousa, a 48 year old civil engineer with 23 years experience in real estate and construction, worked in Australia for six years, and held a key post with the giant multinational BP. Before launching Irbosol he was Managing Director of Vale de Lobo golf and leisure resort for 6 years which is considered on of Europe’s finest.

At Irbosol we aim to produce a range of products and services and, above all, provide solutions tailored to meet a client’s particular need, circumstances and objectives. Our function doesn’t start and end with selling a building plot and building a villa. Though our professional approach we build friendship, trust and loyalty essential for the continuation of our business. During the first five years we have created a solid infrastructures for a smooth operation. We are proud that our clients stay with us and use these services long after they move into their new homes.”

Irbosol expert financial consultancy , for example, gives clients the option to option to finance their investment through and offshore company or by obtaining mortgage facities through a Portuguese bank. It also helps them to manage their money on a day-to-day basis whatever the requirement. On the construction and maintenance side the group has its own materials warehouses, carpentry shop, steel and aluminium frames and doors workshops.

The group currently provides employment, either directly or indirectly, for nearly 100 people and its headquarters is located at Estrada das Perreiras in Almancil where a number of ancillary services are available.
